This is one of the first tags I made using Tim Holtz's Movers and Shapers Tag and Bookplates die. It's also just after I got a sewing machine for my birthday, so I did a bit of machine stitching around the edge, stamped using Tim Holtz's Haberdashery stamps on Tim Holtz's Dress Form die (Yes, I love Tim!) and used October Afternoon's 5 & Dime pattered paper. I also wrapped some embroidery thread around a little bobbin shape that comes with the dress form die.
